On due consideration of submissions advanced and challenge raised in appeal, the following order is passed :-

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B", subject to deposit of amount in terms of award passed by the Tribunal within four weeks from the date of

7008.13CA.odt order. Failure to deposit the amount within four weeks, the order granting stay stands vacated and application shall be treated as dismissed.

(ii) Civil Application disposed of in above terms.

(iii) All concerned to act upon authenticated copy of this order.
