DATED : 27th FERUARY, 2015 P.C. :- Mr.Pathan, learned counsel submits that subsequent to the order passed by this Court, the respondent has filed affidavit and has also produced draft Government Resolution by virtue of which even a blind person is qualified to be a teacher pursuant thereto. Petitioner is appointed as a secondary school teacher and is working since then.

2] In light of the above, grievance of the petitioner stands satisfied.
