Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for the contesting respondents.

There was a delay of 820 days in preferring the appeal. However considering the grounds, the application may be allowed subject to cost. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The delay caused in preferring the appeal is condoned subject to cost of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited with Dhule Court District Bar Association within four weeks from today.

(iii) The appellants shall produce the receipt of depositing the money before the Registrar (Judicial).

(iv) Office to register the appeal.
