After these Petitions were argued for some time, and we expressed our inability to grant any relief in Writ jurisdiction, as the foundation and premise on which the reliefs are sought, is acquisition of land, which is never the position under the two enactments, namely The Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 and Electricity Act, 2003, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to

2 WP - 4356-2016+ withdraw the Writ Petitions with liberty to claim such relief, as is permissible within the framework of Section 16 of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885.
