The petitioner is a minor, who has appeared through the father. His claim of Koli Mahadev is pending validation since 28th February, 2023. The father of the petitioner has been granted validity certificate by the order of this Court dated 21st December, 1994. The Hon'ble Supreme Court has sustained the said order. 2.

The learned AGP submits, on instructions, that the claim of the petitioner can be decided within three months. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect the committee to decide the claim of the petitioner on or before 30th June, 2023 on it's own merits in view of the 2000 Act and the law applicable.
