This application is filed for restoration of criminal application which has been dismissed in default by order dated 10.3.2021. By order dated 21.1.2021, by recording absence of the counsel for applicant, this Court vacated the interim relief and further observed that if nobody turns up on the on the next date on behalf of the applicant, the matter will be dismissed. However, till 10.3.2021 none was present for the applicant. The applicant has given sufficient reasons for remaining absent in the instant application. 3.

In view of the same, criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" subject to payment of costs of Rs.2000/- to be paid
