1) Today attention of this Court is drawn to various provisions of the Armed Forced Tribunal Act, 2007. This Court has gone through provision of section 34 of the Act which provides for transfer of pending cases before any court including High Court to the Armed Forces Tribunal. In view of this, this Court holds that the present proceeding needs to be transferred. So the present proceeding including the civil application stands transfered to the Armed Forces Tribunal.

2 WP 6422 of 2013 2) Registrar (Judicial) to see that with covering letter, civil application and the main proceeding are transferred to the Armed Forces Tribunal having its office at Mumbai.
