The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the petition the parties i.e. petitioner No.1 and respondent No.2 have entered into compromise and therefore the petition which challenges the interim order has become infructuous as the main petition i.e. Cri.M.A. No.117 of 2021 has been withdrawn. She produces copy of the order passed below Exhibit 01 by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-2, Bhusawal on 28-04-2022. 2.
