It is informed that the proposal for settlement of the bank account is pending consideration with respondent No.3. The Counsel appearing for respondent No. 3 states on instructions that since the petitioners have deposited the amount to the tune of Rs.2,00,000/- in this Court and further sum of Rs.4,00,000/- with respondent No.3, proposal tendered by the petitioners would be considered on its own

The writ petition, as such, stands disposed of, in view of the statement made by respondent No.3. In the meanwhile, pending consideration of the proposal, no coercive action shall be taken against petitioners for enforcing recovery. The amount deposited by the petitioners in this Court shall be permitted to be withdrawn by respondent No.3.

Pending Civil Application No. 2260 of 2015 does not survive, same stands disposed of.
