The prayer for transfer of proceedings being Hindu Marriage Petition No.A-07 of 2016 from Family Court, Aurangabad to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalna is opposed on the ground that the respondent is ready and willing to bear the expenses of travel. 3.

The minor child is in the custody of the applicant. The applicant is residing at Badnapur. Considering the said facts, in my opinion, the application needs to be allowed and accordingly stands allowed in terms of

mca76.17 (2) prayer clause (B).
