23rd NOVEMBER, 2020 PER COURT :- Seen the order made by this Court, dated 20-10-2020. This Court had directed learned counsel for the petitioners to satisfy this Court as to how the present proceeding could have been entertained and any order of the nature claimed by petitioners can be passed. The general direction is given to the Government Medical Staff to make inspection of the Hospitals and Dispensaries. They are expected to take action against the practicing Doctors, if it is noticed that some bogus Doctors are practicing. Thus, the matter ought not to have been entertained and relief claimed by the petitioners cannot be given. It can be said that the petitioners want to achieve something else by coming to this Court. Considering the nature of relief claimed, this Court holds that no such relief can be granted. The Criminal Writ Petition stands dismissed.
