1] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2] The petitioners have filed application for inclusion of their names in the final voters list of APMC, Aurangabad under Rule 7 (5) of the Maharashtra APMC [Election to Committee] Rules. The respondent no.3 rejected the application on the ground that the application is filed belatedly and not before 5 working days from the last date of filing nomination.
