The petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned order of the Education Officer (Primary) dated 18-01-2024 refusing to grant approval to the transfer of petitioner no. 2 from unaided division to aided division.

In the light of government resolution dated 27 March 2024, we dispose of the petition with liberty to petitioners to approach to the forum constituted under government resolution dated 27 March 2024. 3.

If the petitioner no. 2 prefers such application / appeal / representation within three weeks from today, the authority / committee shall not refuse to entertain it on the ground of limitation prescribed under that government resolution.
