VERSUS

CHANDRAPRAKASH S/O KAILASH CHAVAN AND ANR .....

Advocate for Applicant : Mr. Pravin Biradar h/f. Shelke Shivaji T. APP for Respondents/State : Mr. S.P. Sonpawale Advocate for Respondents : Mr. Solanke Shrikrashna B. .....

CORAM :

Y.G. KHOBRAGADE, J.

DATE :

12.12.2025 P.C.:- 1.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision applicant, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 and the learned APP for the Respondent No.2/State.

2.

Having regard to the submissions canvassed on behalf of both the sides, I have gone through the record. By the present revision application under Section 297 of the Cr.P.C. the applicant takes exception to the judgment and order dated 30.01.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalna in Criminal Appeal No.99/2015, whereby the order of conviction of the Respondent No.1 was quashed and set aside for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Dowry Act, which was

( 2 ) 910 cra 114.18 awarded by the learned J.M.F.C., Mantha in RCC No.74/2012. 3.

Needless to say that the Respondent No.2/State had filed criminal application seeking leave to appeal bearing no.107/2019. On 23.04.2024, this Court (Coram: Abhay S. Waghwase, J.) passed the order and rejected the said application for leave to appeal against the acquittal. The applicant/complainant has not set any other new grounds which have been considered by this Court while passing the order dated 23.04.2024 in application for leave to appeal.

4.

In view of above, the present revision application is liable to be dismissed and accordingly it is dismissed.
