By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek to impugn the order dated 23rd March 2022 annexed at Exh. D of the petition passed by the respondent No. 3 - District Co-operative Election Officer and District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Jalgaon. 2.

Names of the petitioners from final voters list are deleted. The final voters list is already finalized. The election programme is already issued. We are thus not inclined to interfere with the election programme issued by the authority at this stage. 3.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. It is made clear that the petitioners would be at liberty to file election petition under the

WP No.4727/22 provisions of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. If such petition is filed, the same shall be considered on it's own merits. No order as to costs.
