Heard. Learned counsel Mr. A.S. Shelke for the acquiring body states that, the Special Land Acquisition Officer has granted compensation @ Rs.430/- per R, while the Reference Court has enhanced the same to Rs.4300/- per R

C.A. No.5915/2021 with connected C.As.

i.e. 10 times more than the awarded by the Special Land Acquisition Officer. According to him, there is also difference of interest of interest of eight eight years. According to him, the appellant has a very good case.

In the aforesaid factual backdrop, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking. The applications are disposed of.
