Present application has been filed for allowing the applicant to serve respondent No.2 by alternate mode of service. It appears that the notice issued to respondent No.1 earlier has been returned with endorsement that he has left the address. Respondent No.2 appears to be the Tanker owner and the notice issued to him through speed post was on the address which was there before the learned Tribunal. It also appears that the matter had proceeded ex parte against him before the Tribunal. Under such circumstance, taking into consideration the fact that except that address the claimants may not be able to have any knowledge about any other address, it would be necessary to serve him through alternate mode. Applicant is allowed to serve respondent No.2 (1)
