Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioners and after going through the memo of writ petition, annexures and the impugned order, this Court, at this stage, is not inclined to interfere in the impugned order, in exercise of extraordinary writ jurisdiction.

Writ petition is disposed of by keeping the challenge of the petitioner for addition of subsequent partners in the suit as defendants, open, which shall be decided by the Trial Court at the time of final adjudication of the suit.
