The present second appeal is filed along with the application for condonation of delay of 60 days in filing the second appeal.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that after passing of the order by the appellate court the applicant was not immediately aware of the order. When the applicant became aware of the same, the applicant applied for certified copies. Thereafter, the applicant approached the advocate at Ambejogai and the delay is caused. The learned counsel for the applicant

2 ca 7928.2023 submits that the applicant has no source of income and the applicant is dependent on father. The applicant's father is a retired teacher and having a meager pension. The applicant also had financial crunch to file the second appeal. In view of the same, the delay of 60 days is caused in filing the appeal.

For the reasons stated, the civil application for condonation of delay is allowed and disposed of. Delay is condoned.

Office objections , if any, to be removed within a period of four (04) weeks from today. The second appeal be registered.
