The learned Counsel for respondent Nos.5 to 7 state that in the wake of the subsequent development, that the Regular Civil Suit No.139/2009 itself is disposed of, the present writ petition, which pose a challenge to the finding rendered by the Court below Exh.5 and the judgment delivered in Misc. Civil Appeal do not warrant any adjudication.
The learned Counsel for the petitioners state that he has no instructions on the aforesaid aspect.
