After arguing the matter for some time, when this court expressed disinclination to entertain the writ petition, the learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail remedy under section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. 2.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The amount of Rs.2,00,000/- deposited by the petitioner be refunded to him along with accrued interest.
