This application is preferred for modification of the order dated 04-11-2023. In the said order it is recorded that the amount of Rs.16,00,126/- is lying in this court. Out of the said amount, the insurance company was entitled to receive an amount of Rs.3,37,322/-. Said amount is transferred to the insurance company. Still an amount of Rs.12,62,804 is lying in this court. However, in para No.3 of the said order, this court has recorded that the applicants are entitled to receive

(2) 909ca4542.24 Rs. 16,00,126/-. Hence, para No.3 of the order dated 04-112023 be modified and read as under:- "3.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. The applicants are entitled to receive balance amount alongwith interest, if any accrued thereon after deduction an amount of Rs.3,37,322/- which is to be transferred to the insurance company."

With this, application stands disposed off.
