By this application, a prayer is made to grant permission to bring on record legal representatives of appellant No.2 on record of second appeal and further to condone the delay caused in filing the present civil application.

Mr. Patil, submits that this second appeal has been admitted on 1.3.2023 on the substantial question of law. The appellant No.2 died on 4.3.2023. Although there is delay in filing the application, for the reasons stated in the application, application deserves to be allowed. Consequently, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C) . Necessary amendment be carried out within four weeks from today.
