This application is moved for vacating the interim relief since the appellant has failed to deposit the amount within 12 weeks from the date of order dated 30-11-2023. This court had directed to deposit 50% amount as directed by the leaned reference court alongwith accrued interest.

Learned advocate for the appellant-acquiring body

(2) 26CA6664.24 requests this court to grant four weeks time to deposit the amount by expressing administrative difficulties and other difficulties in getting sanction.

Since request is made for extension of time to deposit the amount pursuant to the order dated 30-11-2023 is extended by four weeks, by way of last chance. If no amount is deposited within stipulated period, interim relief granted earlier shall stand vacated automatically.

Application stands disposed off.
