Grievance of the petitioner is that though mutation entry is taken in the disputed register, the same is not finalized. 2] The petitioner for redressal of his grievance may approach the committee as constituted vide circular dated 13.2.2015 by the Divisional Commissioner, who can issue necessary instructions in that regard. If an application is made by the petitioner before the Committee, the Committee shall consider the grievance of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within 1 month from the date of application filed by the petitioner.
