Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Asst. Government Pleader appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, submit that the representations were made before respondent no.2 in respect of grievance about unpaid salary. However, respondent no.2 has not yet decided the said representations.

We grant liberty to the petitioners to make applications / representations before respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks from today. On filing such applications / representations, respondent no.2 shall consider the grievance of the petitioners and

(3) W.P. No. 4531 of 2016 take appropriate decision after verifying service record of the petitioners. If the petitioners are found eligible for salary, respondent no.2 shall issue necessary directions to respondent no.3 for disbursement of salary. The entire exercise shall be done as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of six weeks from today.

With the above directions, the Petition is disposed of.
