Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By way of this petition, the petitioner challenges the order dated 19.01.2019 in File No.2018/Bhusampadan/Kalam-28/A/CR-34 passed by the learned Sub - Divisional Officer and Land Acquisition Officer, Bhoom. 3.

Learned A.G.P. and learned Counsel for the respective respondents raise a preliminary objection regarding the maintainability of the present petition on the ground that, since the reference has been rejected, the petitioner has an alternate and efficacious remedy of filing a reference under Section 28-A(3) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. 4.

In view thereof, the present petition stands disposed of as not

The petitioner is at liberty to file a reference before the competent authority.
