Heard. This is an application for relaxation of condition not to enter Dharur Taluka, District Beed till conclusion of the trial.

The condition was imposed two years before. The trial has not yet commenced. The applicant has a house property in the village. He wants to sell it out and leave the village permanently. On account of the condition not to enter Dharur Taluka, he is unable to sell the same. This reason appeals to the Court and, therefore, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
