Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per the impugned order passed by the lower appellate court dated 12.1.2016, in R.C.A. No. 50 of 2015, the appellant-original plaintiff has impleaded respondent Nos. 1 to 3 herein as party to the suit as directed, however, the other side is making haste to proceed with the suit. Learned counsel submits that it is the appellant's suit for partition and separate possession and the appellant has strong hopes of success in the present appeal.
