ORAL ORDER :

Heard Mr. Panpatte, learned counsel for the petitioners. In response to the notice, the affidavitin-reply filed on behalf of respondent No. 2 along with the copy of the order dated 3.9.2019, whereby approval is granted to the petitioners and it is also stated in the order that on compliance of necessary formalities, the salary would be released in favour of the petitioners.

Mr. Panpatte, learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the

cp309.19 communication received on 16.2.2019, whereby the petitioners are praying for withdrawal of the petition as it is stated in the communication that an assurance is given by the State Authorities, namely the Regional Deputy Commissioner of Social Welfare Department, Latur, to release the salary in favour of the petitioners on receipt of his salary bills as early as possible.

The petitioners are granted liberty to withdraw the petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in the event that in future, if assurance is not complied with.

He made only statement that, it is the desire of the petitioners to withdraw the petition and in case the petitioners submit the proceedings before the Competent Forums including this Court, needless to state that proceedings would be decided on its own merits.

Petition is disposed of with above referred
