Learned counsel for the insurer has no objection if the applicants are permitted to withdrawn 50% of the amount deposited in this Court. 3.

In view of the above submission, claimant Nos. 1, 3 and 4 are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty lacs only) in proportionate that the applicants No.1 is permitted to withdraw Rs.20,00,000/- and applicant Nos. 3 and 4 are permitted to withdraw Rs.5,00,000/- each.

The applicant No.4 Chandrakrishna Gamanlal Desai is hereby permitted to receive the cheques for himself and for claimant Nos. 1 and 3. 5.

Civil application is disposed of.
