PER COURT :- The petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to the respondents, to take decision on the complaint, filed by him and to take appropriate action, against respondent No.4. It is contended that respondent No.4, in fact belongs to Maratha caste, which is not a part of other backward classes (OBC). However, he has presented his nomination paper as candidate belonging to OBC category. It is informed that today is the date prescribed for recording of votes. As such, the directions, as requested by the petitioner, need not be issued, at concluding stage of process of election.

Petition is devoid of substance and hence stands disposed of.
