Order :- Heard Mr. Advant, learned counsel for applicants and learned counsel appearing for respective respondents. Perused the applications. It appears that there is delay of 12 days caused in filing civil applications for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No.5 on record. The applicants are intending to bring legal representatives of deceased respondent No.5 on record.

In view of the nature of subject matter, there is no impediment to allow the applications in the interest of justice. Therefore, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'. The abatement of the proceedings in case of any delay caused for bringing legal representatives of deceased on record stands setaside and quashed. The applicants are permitted to bring legal representatives of deceased respondent No.5 on record by requisite amendment within two weeks. Accordingly, civil applications stands disposed of.
