1. Without being intending to be bold, we cannot refrain at least from observing that the petition literally deserves to be shown the dustbin. 2.

The petitioner is claiming salary for the period 01.06.1994 to 30.12.2014 by filing a petition in April 2023. 3.

Even when the Courts have been granting some reliefs in respect of arrears of salary, it is restricted to a period of three years next before the filing of the petition.

Even applying that parameters, the petition has been filed after about nine years of period, for which the petitioner is claiming salary. 5.

The writ petition is dismissed.
