1. The learned counsel for the petitioners on instruction submits that he wants to withdraw the proceedings. He submitted that his clients want to challenge the order before Safety Appellate Tribunal and he drew the attention of this Court to para No. 8 of the reply affidavit. With that liberty, disposed of as withdrawn.

2. Petitioners are at liberty to submit that present proceedings were pending in this Court and section 14 of the Limitation Act is applicable. However, Appellate Tribunal is to decide this point.
