The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher (Page 34 and 35) is pending with respondents no.2 and 3 since the year 2013, same is not yet decided.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher (Page 34 and 35) is pending with respondents no.2 and 3, then respondents no.2 and 3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy within six months. 3.
