The record reveals that the learned Advocate Mr.Chatterji has given his consent for the appearance of learned Advocate Mr.A.G.Chaudhari and Mr.M.B.Patil to represent the appellant Gajanan Damodhar Bhalerao. As such, the appearance of Mr.Chatterji on behalf of Gajanan stands discharged. So also, both these Advocates have obtained the consent from Mr.V.R.Dhorde on behalf of Shivaji Ganeshrao Jawale and others. Hence the appearance of Mr.V.R.Dhorde stands discharged. 2.

None of the 2 Advocates, who have obtained consent, are present in the Court.
