After having heard learned counsel for the applicant, the Court expressed disinclination to grant the relief. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, came around to withdraw the application with request to the trial Court to commence the trial.

In view of above, bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn. The trial Court is requested to commence the trial within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and conclude the same within next eight months.
