The applicants seek recall of the order dated 22.3.2018. Under order dated 22.3.2018, this Court had issued bailable warrant to Respondent Nos.2 and 3 as Respondent Nos.2 and 3 did not appear even after notice of final disposal.

Mr.Reddy, learned counsel submits that the bailable warrant has been served upon the applicants. As bailable warrant has already been served, the question of recalling the order does not arise.

The applicants have tendered unconditional apology for their absence. It is submitted that even affidavit-in-reply is filed by Respondents to the main Writ Petition.

We accept the apology tendered by the applicants. The Civil Application is disposed of.
