The Petitioner'

s application tendered to Respondent No.5, CEO, Z.P. Osmanabad alleges that Respondent No.6 has fraudulently manufactured a certificate, which is termed as a "Work done and work in hand" certificate. As the said certificate is fraudulently manufactured, purportedly issued by the Sub Divisional Engineer, Gramin Pani Poorawatha, Zilla Parishad, Sub Division, Bhoom, the Petitioner approached the said Authority through a Member of the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad. By communication dated 20.02.2023, the Sub-Divisional Engineer informed the said Member of khs/June 2023/6457

- 2 - the Zilla Parishad that no such certificate has been issued by the said authority in favour of Respondent No.8. Grievance of the Petitioner is that the registration certificate of Respondent No.8 as a Contractor of the Zilla Parishad, should be revoked by the Osmanabad Zilla Parishad. 2.

Considering the above and keeping in view that a private dispute is between the Petitioner and a private individual i.e. Respondent No.8, we would not be entertaining this petition. However, the Petitioner submits that he has approached the CEO, Zilla Parishad vide communication dated 27.01.2023 praying for cancellation of the certificate of Respondent No.8.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Let Respondent No.5 deal with the representation of the Petitioner dated 27.01.2023 by following the due procedure laid down in Law and by granting an opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders.
