This is the Application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'BNSS) for Anticipatory Bail in connection with Crime No.204/2025 dated 15.03.2025 registered with Newasa Police Station, Dist. Ahilyanagar for the offence punishable under Sections 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 118(1), 115(2), 352, 351 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3 r/w. 25 and 4 of Arms Act.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the learned APP for the State. Perused the papers on record. 3.
It is the case of the Prosecution that, on 14.03.2025 around 07:00 p.m. the FIR named Accused who were possessing Country-made Pistol,
Wooden Sticks, Iron Rod, Hocky Stick, Sattur and Sword along with 25 to 30 unknown persons assaulted the Informant and Witnesses on account of one previous incident which took place near the milk dairy. The Applicants are shown to have possessing the Contry-made Pistol (Katta). The Injured suffered simple injuries. Eight (8) Accused persons are let off by the Police by giving notice. Three (3) Accused persons are released on Regular Bail by the concerned Court. The Applicants were protected by the Interim Order dated 28.04.2025. The Applicants attended the concerned Police Station as directed in the interim Order. In this view of the matter, the following order is passed.
O R D E R
(i) The Interim Order dated 28.04.2025 is confirmed. (ii) The Applicants shall continue to attend the concerned Police Station once in a week on every Friday between 10:30 a.m. to 01:30 p.m. till filing of the Charge-sheet.
(iii) The Application stands disposed off.
