It appears that already the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Additional Secretary, Other Backward Welfare Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai on 10.4.2023. However, it is said that, it is before a wrong forum and, therefore, taking into consideration the documents on record and the fact that already appeal is filed, the learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of this petition to pursue the appeal before the appropriate forum.

In view of the said statement, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the petition for pursuing the appeal
