CORAM : SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI AND MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, JJ.
DATE : 15TH APRIL 2025 ORDER :
1.
Inspite of giving time to carry out the amendment, the amendment has not been carried out. This is one of such unfortunate incidences wherein the learned Advocates have not taken proper care. There is a settlement arrived at between the parties wherein in fact there are cross cases. However, the victim was not made party and, therefore, the Advocates sought time to carry out the amendment. It appears that in one matter, the amendment has been carried out, however, in respect of another it is not. We have already adjourned the matter twice. Yet it has not resulted in the amendment. Therefore, we presume that the parties might have lost the interest in the matter. Hence, both the applications stand dismissed.
