DATE : 9th JULY, 2021 PER COURT :- Learned Senior Counsel Mr. R.S. Deshmukh for the applicants submits that during pendency of the Criminal Writ Petition the charge-sheet has been submitted. The applicants have filed the present application to carryout amendment by inserting certain paragraphs and also prayer clauses for quashing of the charge-sheet. Learned Senior Counsel further submits that the charge-sheet runs into 350 pages.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
