In both these petitions, the petitioners pray that the pending proposals dated 22nd February, 2020 and 15th September, 2022 respectively, seeking approval to their appointments, be decided within a time frame.

Respondent/Education Officer (Secondary) shall deal with the said proposals noted above, by following the due procedure laid down in law and arrive at a decision thereon within 60 days from today. If the proposals are favourably decided, petitioners would be entitled to all the legal monetary benefits. If the proposals are decided adverse to the interest of the petitioners, they would be at liberty to avail of the remedies as are permissible in law.
