Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the proposals are pending seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner No.3 in all matters. The said proposals are pending with the respondent No.3, but no any decision is taken.

The learned Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that the authority will decide the proposals if pending.

In case, the proposals are filed by the petitioners seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner No.3 in all these petitions and the same are pending with respondent No.3, then respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and policy, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from today.
