We have perused the communication dated 02.03.2023 addressed by the Deputy Commissioner, Employment Guarantee Scheme (EGS), Aurangabad, to the Commissioner, Water and Land Management Institute (WALMI), Aurangabad. Since this authority is not arrayed as the Respondent, we direct the Petitioner to add WALMI as Respondent No.6. Addition be carried out forthwith. We have requested the learned AGP to assist us by representing Respondent No.6.

Considering the said communication dated 02.03.2023, we deem it appropriate to direct Respondent No.6 to consider the said communication and respond to the same after perusing the relevant records, within a period of 45 (forty five) days from today. The decision of Respondent No.6 would be conveyed to the Petitioner on the address mentioned in the title clause of this petition, expeditiously. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion about the claim of the Petitioner. 3.
