Pursuant to the order dated 07.12.2020 passed by this Court in the present writ petition, the petitioner obtained the attested copy of the caste certificate from the committee. Thereafter, the petitioner applied to the Sub Divisional Officer, Chalisgaon. The Sub Divisional Officer, Chalisgaon has issued caste certificate. The petitioner submitted the caste certificate with the scrutiny committee. The scrutiny committee thereafter has validated the caste claim of the petitioner.

In view of that, the purpose of the writ petition stands served.
