The respondent employees have filed these applications seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the petitioner company towards their monthly salary.

As can be seen, at least on three previous occasions this Court 1/2

905 and 906.CA.4809.21.odt has permitted them to withdraw the salary subject to furnishing usual undertaking. Though the submission of the learned advocate that the petitions can be decided finally is attractive, there is no reason why the employees should not be allowed to earn the wages. 4.

The Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) subject to applicants furnishing undertaking that in case the petitioner company succeeds and the Court directs they would deposit the money back. The Applications are disposed of.

List the Writ Petitions for admission with a specific understanding that if possible the matters will be heard finally at the stage of admission. Stand over to 30.08.2021.
