The applicant - acquiring body seeks condonation of delay of 706 days caused in preferring the first appeals.

In absence of any challenge to the pleading of the applications, I find no difficulty to accept the reasons for condonation of delay. There are no malafides on the part of the acquiring body in preferring the appeal belatedly. For the reasons stated in the applications, the delay stands condoned. Office shall register the first appeals. The civil applications are disposed of.
